Request deletion

You can request deletion of personal information held by Voltaah for Innovation Technology, including your contact details, saved inquiries and website or Instagram chat history.

1. Use the contact form on govoltaev.com or send a DM to @govoltaev on Instagram. If using the contact form, send the WhatsApp message it prepares so our team receives your request.
2. Write “Data deletion request” and include your name, the phone number you previously shared and, for Instagram conversations, your Instagram username. Tell us whether you want all your data or specific records deleted. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
3. Our team will handle the request and may ask you to confirm ownership of the relevant phone number or Instagram account.

What happens next

We delete the requested data within 30 days of receiving your request, subject to confirming your identity where needed. This covers the relevant records we hold in our database and related lead-alert emails in our sales mailbox. We will tell you if any records must be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Deleting our stored Instagram chat history does not delete messages or other information held by Meta/Instagram or remove the conversation from your own Instagram inbox. You can manage those records through Instagram. Backup copies may remain until the service provider’s normal backup retention period ends.
